100 rv sites, 51 mobile home sites, large lodge, three cabins, pool, hot tub, and much more.. the gross numbers are in for the RV season they did $105,000 over the 5 months and the mobile home income was $99,312 bringing the total for the year to $204,312. a $20,000 gain from last year. I'll have the new expenses next week and will have a new pfd ready to email, This income increase brings the cap up to about 10%.
